This role will play a key part in streamlining financial processes, supporting capital expenditure analysis, and delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting that enables informed decision-making.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate brings strong accounting and FP&amp;A experience, excels in SAP and Excel–based analysis, and communicates financial insights clearly to business partners. Manufacturing experience is required, with medical device industry experience strongly preferred.</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This position is fully onsite in Plymouth, MN and will work closely with a small, collaborative finance team.</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Day-to-Day Responsibilities</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Support the FP&amp;A team with monthly reporting, analysis, deliverables, and ad hoc requests</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Build and maintain financial forecasts, collaborating with managers and functional teams to identify and explain key drivers and changes</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Pull and analyze actuals data from SAP to support AOP comparisons, forecasting, and management reporting.</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key trends</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Create and maintain Excel-based analysis using SAP downloads, including pivot tables and advanced formulas</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, and analysis</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy to enhance efficiency and decision-making</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for the Minnesota Grant, including headcount and capital tracking and forecasting</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Execute ad hoc financial analysis and support accounting- and finance-based special projects</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly reports</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Provide coverage for other finance team members as needed and complete additional assignments as required</span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Required Qualifications &amp; Skills</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• 7–10 years of experience in FP&amp;A, accounting, and financial analysis</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• Manufacturing industry experience required (medical device experience strongly preferred)</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(19, 30, 41); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">• SAP experience is required, including pulling and analyzing detailed financial data.
