If you&#39;re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>As a Braiding Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:</li><li>Operate braiders, spoolers, drying towers &amp; more</li><li>Use tools like calipers and scales to meet specs</li><li>Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients accurately</li><li>Enter data into our MRP system</li><li>Keep your area clean, safe, and audit-ready</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience (we&rsquo;ll train you!)</li><li>Basic computer &amp; math skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet</li><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>You&rsquo;ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily.
