IAG combines the breadth of APA’s full-service representation capabilities as a legacy Talent and Literary agency in the entertainment industry, with AGI’s reputation as the premiere independent music touring agency with a roster of superstar stadium and arena acts as well as cutting-edged emerging artists in the music and comedy worlds. The result is a powerful new voice in artist representation with the entrepreneurial passion to create ground-breaking partnerships for our clients across multiple platforms and business lines, combined with the deal making acumen and deep relationships that come from their combined 95-year legacies in the agency business.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></u></p><p>Our agency is growing, and we are looking for an agent specializing in digital influencers to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and creator ecosystem, as well as a passion for talent representation. The ideal candidate is collaborative, strategic, organized, and excited about helping clients expand and navigate their digital presence and opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Duties</strong></u></p><p>· Representing and supporting clients across digital platforms and initiatives.</p><p>· Negotiating and overseeing digital-related opportunities and partnerships.</p><p>· Identifying opportunities for audience growth, platform monetization, and digital strategy.</p><p>· Advising clients on digital positioning, content direction, and emerging platform trends.</p><p>· Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments including Talent, Comedy, Music, Literary, IP, Brand Partnerships, and Non-Scripted.</p><p>· Building relationships within the digital media and creator landscape.</p><p>· Tracking trends across social media, streaming, podcasts, and emerging digital spaces.</p><p>· Other duties as assigned.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Skills And Qualifications</strong></u></p><p>· Strong knowledge of the evolving digital and creator landscape.</p><p>· Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.</p><p>· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p><p>· Passion for entertainment, media, culture, and digital innovation.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Education And Experience</strong></u></p><p>· 1-3 years of experience representing and/or advising influencers or creators.</p><p>· Prior experience in entertainment, digital media, talent representation, creator management, or related fields preferred.</p><p>· Experience securing and managing brand campaigns.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Perks and Benefits</strong></u></p><p>In addition to the base compensation for this role, IAG proudly offers many additional benefits to employees, including (but not limited to):</p><p>· Discretionary year-end bonus</p><p>· Comprehensive company sponsored health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, fertility and family planning services, chiropractic and acupuncture care, and life and AD&amp;D coverage</p><p>· 401(k) plan with company match and sponsored quarterly financial planning meetings&nbsp;</p><p>· Robust paid time off, including sick leave, discretionary time off, 12 paid company holidays and a two-week paid holiday at the end of the year</p><p>IAG provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Salary Description</strong></u></p><p>$95,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and existing book of business</p>",
