Responsible for inventory and proper use of supplies and equipment.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:5.75in;\"><span>Ensures that parent/guardian completes and submits required paperwork for each child enrolled in the program (i.e., sign in/sign out, swim permission and daily logs.)&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:5.75in;\"><span>Ensures proper operation, oversight and maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and physical facilities in the assigned areas.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:5.75in;\"><span>Checks recreation area, equipment and supplies for hazardous conditions or
