          "text": "<p><b>Job Role                       :</b> Insurance Sales Executive</p><p><b>Job Type                       :</b> Full time - Permanent</p><p><b>Job Location               :</b> Kitchener, ON</p><p><b>Compensation             : </b>Up to $50K +  Bonus + Full Benefits</p><p><b>Work Authorization    :</b> US Citizen/ GC/ H1B Visa Only</p><p><br /></p><p><b>We would love to see you on-board if :</b></p><ul><li>You have a RIBO License</li><li>You have more than 2 years of sales experience in Home and Auto insurance</li><li>You have always exceeded sales quota</li><li>You have experience using Agency Manager (TAM) </li><li>You can convince anybody with your strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>As a Insurance Sales Executive, you will be required to :</b></p><ul><li>Achieve personal monthly revenue production quotas</li><li><span>Achieves acceptable closing ratio as determined by MPCS</span></li><li>Prepare applications negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers</li><li>Performs final quotation review and coverage selection</li><li>Works closely with underwriters to ensure coverage are accurate</li><li>Cross sell additional lines of Insurance to existing clients</li><li>Analyze, counsel and recommend coverage to clients</li><li>Comply with binding authorities and guidelines as set out by Insurers</li></ul>",
