We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and fun-loving team players to join our Guest Experience Team! Whether you’re scanning tickets, managing lines, or serving delicious snacks, you’ll be part of the magic that makes every guest’s visit one to remember.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
Be the ultimate red-carpet greeter — welcome guests with your best smile and big personality!
Help guests with tickets, admissions, and general info — making sure their experience starts with a bang.
Serve up food, drinks, and fun — ensuring every order is quick, friendly, and full of positive vibes.
Keep our dining and admissions areas sparkling clean and photo-ready at all times.
Maximize the fun (and the sales!) — help guests discover souvenirs, snacks, and upgrades.
Keep the magic moving by assisting with crowd flow, guest questions, and operational needs.
Follow health, safety, and food handling standards — because safe fun is the best kind of fun!
Qualifications & Experience
About You
6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
