      "content": "<li>Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls.</li><li>Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages</li><li>Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutions</li><li>Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution.</li><li>Obtain agreement for services before performing work</li><li>Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.</li><li>Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels</li><li>Be able to successfully perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large-sized drain cleaning machines</li><li>Have the basic knowledge of how a plumbing system works</li><li>Be able to remove and reset a toilet and a p-trap</li><li>Operate equipment in a safe manner</li><li>Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers</li><li>Provide solutions to sewer and drain problems.</li><li>Participation in required staff meetings and training</li>"
