Everyone has a role to play and we take ours seriously.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DevOps Engineer</span>, you will be working closely with our development, security and IT teams to create fast, reliable and secure software by designing, implementing and maintaining our software infrastructure.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and share your DevOps expertise and best practices to our development and IT teams to create defined DevOp practices</li>\n<li>Optimize and manage the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</li>\n<li>Own the networking, IAM, security groups, and infrastructure security within all software builds</li>\n<li>Design, build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for automated software builds, tests, and deployments </li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to build scalable, improve and refined deployments, and reduce lead times</li>\n<li>Identify and automate processes, provisioning and configurations with tools like Terraform</li>\n<li>Oversee and implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems to enhance system reliability and performance</li>\n<li>Ensure all system security, compliance and best practices are present in all software environments with compliance to ISO 27001</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues and bugs relating to infrastructure, deployments and production systems</li>\n<li>Create, maintain and review technical documentation for infrastructure, pipelines and processes </li>\n<li>24/7 On-call support rotation required to support emergency troubleshooting  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Who you are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles </li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field / equivalent experience </li>\n<li>Experience with CI/CD Tools tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) </li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience working with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with containerization and orchestration like Docker</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals</li>\n<li>Expert scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)</li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana)</li>\n<li>Experience working with backend Java services and database technologies (Postgres, NoSQL, etc.)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and implementation including: SAST/DAST tools, monitoring and proactive identification and mitigation</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities</li>\n<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functional teams  </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Please apply even if you don’t qualify for all responsibilities or skills, we still want to hear from you!</em></span></p>\n<p><span>This role is open as we're looking to expand our team!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Choose ZTR?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">ZTR offers a positive working environment and a group of friendly and talented industry leaders passionate about driving environmental and financial benefits for our clients.
