From new hotel developments to renovations and brand conversions, we partner with hoteliers and developers to deliver spaces that elevate the guest experience. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(182, 39, 48); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">What You'll Do</span></span></p>\n<p><span>As an integral member of our Construction team, the Superintendent will be responsible for the on-site management of dual ground-up hotel construction projects from inception to completion. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own the jobsite.</span> Lead all daily field operations across both projects, from pre-construction through closeout. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead your trade partners.</span> Coordinate, monitor, and inspect all subcontractor and supplier activity to keep work on schedule and on spec.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive quality.</span> Maintain command of all project documents and ensure every trade partner is working from current, complete drawings.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enforce safety, always.</span> Lead weekly toolbox talks, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite at all times.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stay connected.</span> Lead weekly jobsite meetings, upload daily logs and progress photos to Procore, and keep all stakeholders informed.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner with your PM.</span> Collaborate closely with project management from pre-construction through punch list completion and final closeout.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manage inspections.</span> Coordinate all building inspections and permit processes without letting them become schedule liabilities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solve problems early.</span> Identify and resolve field issues before they hit the schedule or budget, maintaining professionalism along the way.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Keep growing.</span> Actively pursue opportunities, training, technology, or otherwise, that make you and the team sharper.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(182, 39, 48); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">What We're Looking For</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven Ground-up Hotel Superintendent, 10+ years commercial construction experience.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or jobsites without losing control of quality or schedule.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Procore construction management software.</li>\n<li>Able to read and interpret construction drawings, project documents, and specifications confidently.</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 certified (willing to complete upon hire); CPR certification required.</li>\n<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, accountable, and calm under pressure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(182, 39, 48); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Schedule</span></span></p>\n<p>Standard hours are Monday throughFriday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Extended hours and occasional weekends may be required based on project demands.
