Primary responsibilities include pigging operations and maintenance tasks related to equipment troubleshooting, testing, installation, and repair within the assigned area. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage petroleum product movements in and out of pipeline pump stations, ensuring accurate assessment, quantification, and quality control of crude oil and/or refined products. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform pigging operations and maintain associated documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and maintain pickup and equipment used for pigging operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct routine inspections of pumps and valves to ensure proper operation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform monthly DOT tankage inspections and fire extinguisher checks, maintaining accurate records. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect perimeter fencing, locks, etc., to uphold facility, pipeline, and right-of-way security, reporting any issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure routine and DOT compliance maintenance on right-of-way, equipment, and valves. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain communication with the Pipeline Control Center. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Witness meter proving, crude oil shipments, and run pipeline pigs as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute other pipeline-related tasks or projects as assigned by the Operations Supervisor. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and maintain LACT units when required. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in maintaining and operating Refined Products Pipelines, Terminals, Pump Stations, or equivalent industry roles. </li>\n <li>Proficiency in pigging operations and documentation. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining LACT Units.  </li>\n <li>Operational Qualification Certification is required for the position.</li>\n <li>Must live within 60 miles of Tilden, Tx.</li>\n <li>Clean driving record, adherence to vehicle policies, and ability to maintain company vehicles. </li>\n <li>Availability for regular and emergency callouts. </li>\n <li>Ability to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug/hair follicle test, MVR, agility, and fit for duty. </li>\n <li>Physical ability to exert force, lift objects, climb heights, balance on surfaces, and perform fine motor skills. </li>\n <li>Auditory attention and hearing sensitivity necessary for maintenance indicators. Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements per company Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.</li>\n</ul>",
