You will work closely with Producers, Line Producers, and Supervisors to support planning, improve workflows, and ensure teams have what they need to succeed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you enjoy solving operational challenges, supporting people, and turning plans into reliable delivery, this role could be a great fit.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We strongly prefer candidates who are able to work on-site in Tokyo as part of our collaborative studio environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cross-Show Planning and Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support planning across multiple projects to ensure schedules, resources, and priorities remain aligned.</li>\n<li>Work with Producers and Line Producers to identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges early.</li>\n<li>Help coordinate dependencies across departments and teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Production Systems and Process</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve production workflows, tools, and tracking methods to increase efficiency and clarity.</li>\n<li>Support consistent use of ShotGrid and other production systems across shows.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for production operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Delivery Support and Escalation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist production teams in resolving complex scheduling or resource conflicts.</li>\n<li>Support Producers and Line Producers with problem solving during high-pressure periods.</li>\n<li>Help maintain visibility on delivery status and risks across the studio.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Resource Awareness and Capacity Planning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with department leads to understand team capacity and constraints.</li>\n<li>Support forward planning to ensure projects are staffed realistically.</li>\n<li>Help balance workload across shows when priorities shift.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Leadership and Team Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance and mentorship to Coordinators and junior production staff.</li>\n<li>Encourage clear communication and alignment across departments.</li>\n<li>Promote a positive, organised, and collaborative production culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in VFX or animation production, ideally in a senior coordinator, line production, or management role.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and production workflows.</li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Confidence working across multiple teams and priorities.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with artists, supervisors, and clients.</li>\n<li>Experience with ShotGrid or similar production tracking tools.</li>\n<li>Fluency in English is required.
