We take a responsible, people-centered approach to creating environments that allow us to do what we do best&mdash;provide healthcare and wellness services.</p><p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"757\">This position reports to Chrysalis Consulting Group, a for-profit company owned by Aunt Martha&rsquo;s Health &amp; Wellness.</p><p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"1089\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"778\">CARES is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week Medicaid-funded mental health crisis line serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout Illinois. The Crisis Call Center provides therapeutic support and resources to individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, aggression, and/or psychotic episodes.</p><p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1326\">The Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) is primarily responsible for shift oversight within a 24-hour mental health crisis call center and provides therapeutic support to callers and operational support to staff as needed.</p><p data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1425\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE</strong>S<br data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1368\">The Agency reserves the right to modify duties as needed.</p><p data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1838\">Administration<br data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1444\">&bull; Conduct routine performance evaluations using service delivery indicators such as call abandonment and call holding times<br data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1570\">&bull; Prepare monthly reports reflecting assigned shift performance<br data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1636\">&bull; Assist CARES Line Agents with incoming crisis calls<br data-start=\"1689\" data-end=\"1692\">&bull; Support managed care providers, mobile crisis responders, schools, hospitals, and other service partners requiring targeted training resources</p><p data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"2211\">Supervision<br data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1854\">&bull; Oversee daily call center operations, including Line Agent productivity and quality of service<br data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1953\">&bull; Ensure adherence to attendance, policies, and procedures<br data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2014\">&bull; Complete regularly scheduled performance reviews and provide ongoing training<br data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2096\">&bull; Provide real-time support to CARES Line Agents, including guidance, feedback, and call takeovers when necessary</p><p data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2565\">Communication<br data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2229\">&bull; Maintain strong communication with leadership, including Vice Presidents, Training Administrator, and Quality Administrator<br data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2357\">&bull; Serve as a liaison between CARES leadership and internal and external stakeholders<br data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2444\">&bull;
