    "description": "<p><span>Morrison Center is seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Director of Clinical Services</span> to be based in Westbrook, Maine.</span></p>\n<p><span>Reporting to the Chief Program Officer (CPO), this position provides clinical and operational leadership across the organization’s clinical, care coordination, and community-based service lines. This leader will oversee <span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94)\"><em>Targeted Case Management (TCM), Behavioral Health Home (BHH) Care Coordination, and community support services,</em></span> while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care delivery that aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and ethical standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The <em>Senior Director of Clinical Services</em> will provide leadership in clinical program development, supervision, regulatory compliance, operational performance, workforce engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.
