This position reports to the Manager- HCM and will hold the overall production support the HCM system across the organization working closely with the HR and Payroll teams.</p><p><strong>Job Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Provide expert-level system administration, production support, and ongoing optimization of the HCM system.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical and functional system issues.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Prepare, coordinate, and execute technical testing for quarterly updates and enhancements.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective system solutions and provide training when needed.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Design, configure, and maintain system alerts, notifications, reports, integrations, and system customizations.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Create and maintain system customizations using VBCS and Oracle customization tools.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Develop, read, and modify Fast Formulas.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 3pt;\">Develop and maintain integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP APIs.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Ensure compliance with security models, governance standards, and change management processes.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Create, maintain, and govern technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Communicate system updates, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Research and recommend new features, best practices, and improvements to maximize system value</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise HCM, ERP, or system administration (Oracle Fusion HCM preferred).</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Oracle Fusion HCM administration and configuration</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations</li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\">Fast Formulas and system security models</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Competencies &amp;
