The primary goal of this position is to provide a safe, secure and clean environment for clients and staff.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs daily routine repairs and maintenance to site’s physical plant.</li>\n <li>Monitors fire and safety integrity of facility.</li>\n <li>Maintains site and makes necessary repairs.</li>\n <li>May supervise daily janitorial/housekeeping services.</li>\n <li>Monitors/inspects equipment so as to maintain optimum working conditions.</li>\n <li>Monitors work activities of outside contractors performing minor work.</li>\n <li>Works cooperatively with Maintenance Projects Team as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintains shop, work areas, tools and supply inventory in good order.</li>\n <li>May supervise client team and possible support staff to provide assistance with daily work activities.</li>\n <li>Clears snow from site property as needed.</li>\n <li>Complies with 42 CFR confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Will Be</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must possess a general knowledge of building repair and maintenance, including, but not limited to, maintenance and repair of building systems (e.g. electrical, HVAC and fire safety) and the maintenance and repair of interior building components (e.g., carpentry, masonry, and tile repair).</li>\n <li>At two- three years of work experience in one or more in one or basic skills i.e. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, or HVAC, strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#li-onsite</p>",
