    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures established by Kinseth Hotel Companies. To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counter and floor surfaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strip and make beds and change bed linens.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves thoroughly.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Makes up rollaway beds and cribs in a vacated room and notifies house attendants for them to be properly stored.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Vacuum entire room thoroughly.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Empty all trash, replacing trash liners if applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest room.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete special projects as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure neat and organized housekeeping closet on the assigned guest floor.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Sign for room keys and obtain housekeeping cart.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Restock housekeeping cart for the following day.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Practice chemical safety rules and follows procedures for needles and other hazardous materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Report all suspicious persons, activities or hazardous conditions to the Security Department.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Turn in all items found in employee's working area to Hotel Lost and Found department. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
