Here is what we are looking for in this role:</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Essential Requirements&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p>12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (EE/IE); or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>5+ years of experience in Product Design/Engineering</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Demonstrated program management skills</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Effective influencing skills to guide X-functional teams in the appropriate direction</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Desirable Requirements&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p>5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering and existing knowledge of overall design cycle, landscape, and driving cross functional alignment</p></li>\n <li>\n  <p>Knowledge of existing electrical and/or mechanical technologies and processes and fundamental understanding of Design for Cost/Value and familiarity with x86 technologies</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Compensation</b></p>\n<p>Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
