    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title: On Air Personality</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Department: Programming</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Reporting To: Brand Manager</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type: Part-Time</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location(s): Philadelphia, PA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Arrangement: Onsite</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Talk Radio 1210 WPHT is seeking a Part-Time Host.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.</li>\n <li>Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence.</li>\n <li>Protect the station’s FCC license.</li>\n <li>Keeping up with and knowing the News of the Day.</li>\n <li>Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift.</li>\n <li>Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly.</li>\n <li>Operate the control board and perform production work.</li>\n <li>Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts.</li>\n <li>Other duties as required by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>More About You:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates must have at least 3 years radio experience and success in a medium to large market, or equivalent experience in broadcasting.  </li>\n <li>Must exude personality and not be afraid to have strong opinions as well as possess the ability to entertain in person. </li>\n <li>This unique individual should possess a strong radio background and have an interest in current events and news.</li>\n <li>Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills.</li>\n <li>Must have solid productions skills and a strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution, including on-air digital systems.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the format and audience required.</li>\n <li>Excellent on-air voice with demonstrated track record required.</li>\n <li>Employees of Audacy are required to be a minimum of 21 years of age to operate any vehicle, including Company-owned, leased, rented, or personal vehicles, when such operation is conducted on behalf of Audacy. Driving is an essential function of this role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
