    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.</li>\n <li>Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.</li>\n <li>Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits.</li>\n <li>Coordinate application and platform upgrades.</li>\n <li>Develop systems integrations and process automation.</li>\n <li>Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows.</li>\n <li>General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.</li>\n <li>Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.</li>\n <li>Provide over all O&M support for all ServiceNow modules and custom applications based on the release schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>US Citizen </li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI or TS with SCI eligibility clearance</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field</li>\n <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration.</li>\n <li>Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues.</li>\n <li>Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow case, incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications.</li>\n <li>Experience in custom application development and workflow automation in ServiceNow.</li>\n <li>Experience in configuring and troubleshooting CSM Modules specific to customer poral, catalog items and case management workflows.</li>\n <li>Experience in API integration and troubleshoot API issues.</li>\n <li>Experience in IT service management and ITIL best practice implementation.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.</li>\n <li>Exceptional customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Good presentation skills and able to interact with the senior executive and managers.</li>\n <li>Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results.</li>\n <li>Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
