As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Generalist provides support to the HR Department. The HR Generalist will:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all personnel policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track various programs and maintains compliance.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with professional advice and guidance to staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively involved in changes to upgrade systems and processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with various HR related functions such as Leave of Absences, Benefits, New Hire Orientation and Employee relations issues, and Open Enrollment</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong><u>What you need:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an personnel management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PHR preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple projects, read/analyze documents and respond effectively to sensitive issues/inquires.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
