This is a part-time position that could be in-person, virtual or hybrid depending on district and location. Program Leaders act as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. Program Leaders must have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for the students they teach. A Program Leader&rsquo;s ability to establish authority and connections through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed. Ensuring that Think Together students reach their potential takes a tremendous amount of hard work, flexibility, and commitment.</strong><br><br>The position may alternate between Distance Learning and In-person Learning. Must have the ability to utilize various digital learning platforms.<br><br><strong>HOURS/ DAYS:</strong></p><ul><li>7:00 am - 12:45 pm</li><li>3, 4, or 5 days a week</li></ul><p><br><strong>DUTIES INCLUDE:</strong></p><ul><li>Working directly and distance learning (remotely) with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students.</li><li>Acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor.</li><li>Maintain an open line of communication with parents and staff.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues.</li></ul><p><br><strong>IN-PERSON LEARNING:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity using the curriculum and materials provided by the program.</li><li>Work directly with a group of 20-25 students in a classroom setting, implementing classroom and behavior management strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate.</li><li>Proof of graduation from High School.</li><li>NCLB Compliance (bypassing THINK Together&#39;s Pre-Employment Test [district specific]).</li><li>Ability to speak and write standard English appropriately in a public school setting.</li><li>Must clear TB and Fingerprint check.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><ul><li>The position may alternate between Distance Learning and In-person Learning.&nbsp;</li><li>Space conducive for facilitating virtual group sessions</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
