Responsibilities include cleaning enclosures and dumpster areas, power washing, removing debris and cobwebs, and ensuring the property consistently meets high curb appeal standards.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently while supporting on-site teams as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team committed to maintaining a high-quality community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
