The Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for strategic relationship building, workforce planning, creative sourcing, screening, qualifying and credentialing clinical and office staff through the hire and onboarding process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a<strong> full-time Temporary 12 month position</strong> with a  hybrid in office model. The salary range is $55,000 to $65,000,and placement within the range will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.</p>\n<h2>What The Role Involves</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively sourcing and screening applicants</li>\n <li>Advertising and promoting positions and the company utilizing social media, partnerships with schools, agencies, professional associations or others.</li>\n <li>Creating postings on appropriate websites, job boards</li>\n <li>Conducting phone screens with applicants and send hiring managers information on qualified candidates</li>\n <li>Coordinating internal and off-site job fairs</li>\n <li>Utilizing company tools to track, record and report hiring statistics</li>\n <li>Partnering with managers to understand staffing needs to plan for sourcing initiatives</li>\n <li>Maintaining regular communication with managers to evaluate staffing needs</li>\n <li>Completing required reference checks and back check orders for new hires</li>\n <li>Abiding by company policies, collective agreements and provincial and federal legislation including Employment Standards Act, Human Rights, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and others</li>\n <li>Assisting with other duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2-4 years’ recruitment experience is required, experience in the Health Care sector preferred</li>\n <li>Post-secondary degree or diploma required</li>\n <li>Proven experience and knowledge of sourcing and attracting talent in high volume recruitment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of relevant Employment legislation including Employment Standards Act, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Human Rights legislation</li>\n <li>Strong ability and experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills with MS Word and Excel combined with experience with ATS systems</li>\n <li>A commitment to providing excellent customer service combined with a sense of urgency in order to meet the time specific needs of the business, detail oriented, organized</li>\n <li>Some travel will be required</li>\n <li>Ability to provide a clear criminal background check</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>CarePartners In Your Community</h2>\n<p>In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
