    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left: 0px !important;\"><strong>Job Summary: </strong>The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for introducing employees to the organization’s systems, mission/vision/values, and culture. This role designs, plans, organizes and conducts organizational orientation and owns the new hire onboarding processes to ensure the smooth integration to CarolinaEast Health System.</p><p><strong>About CarolinaEast Health System</strong></p><p>CarolinaEast Health System is committed to providing high quality, compassionate care across the Coastal Carolina region. Not eligible for relocation assistance</strong>**&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px !important;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with HR Information Technology required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with training and development and/or adult education strongly preferred.</li><li><span>Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.</span></li></ul><ol><li>If Bachelors degree (preferred) – Two (2) years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.&nbsp;</li><li>If Associates degree - Two (2) years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.&nbsp;</li><li>If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of relevant experience in HR related role.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>**Position is 100% onsite.
