    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #191d21; font-size: 28px;\">Salesforce Consultant </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #9b9bb3; font-size: 22px;\">What would you do exactly? </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from requirements gathering (inception) to post-go-live support (completion)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Implement and deploy cloud solutions accommodating industry-specific business needs and management processes, regulatory and business requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Identify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, and flow mapping), testing, training, outlining support procedures, and supporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">implementations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Understand customer needs and perform a gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Be the trusted advisor for both customers and internal teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both onsite and remote.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping documents resulting from the mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and configuration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Ability to assess customer implementation needs, offer innovative solutions that span different subject matter domains, determine how it impacts the business at all organizational levels, and communicate to the customer. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: #9b9bb3; font-size: 22px;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, handling implementations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">English Proficiency C1 - Advanced</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Strong experience in Financial, Accounting, Professional Services, Software, or Manufacturing business processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Having consulting experience in other ERP and CRM solutions  would be a valuable addition</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">NetSuite knowledge is a huge plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">Having experience with waterfall and agile methodologies would be a valuable asset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: 200;\">The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, a team player, and should possess the ability to plan their work around competing priorities.</span></p>",
