The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a dealership body shop, you will be responsible for managing relationships with major insurance DRPs (Direct Repair Programs), ensuring compliance with New York State repair regulations, and fostering a productive, safety-first shop culture.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>1. Operations &amp; Shop Efficiency</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee the entire vehicle repair workflow from initial estimate to final quality control inspection.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule and assign work to technicians based on skill levels to maximize efficiency and minimize cycle time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all repairs meet OEM specifications and federal/state safety standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to minimize delays.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>2.
