This role focuses on hands-on technical support, system maintenance, and user enablement.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and user issues in North America and UKIE regions</li>\n<li>Administer and maintain systems such as email, user accounts, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365)</li>\n<li>Assist with device provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding of employees</li>\n<li>Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, including imaging, patching, MDM enrolment (Intune), and lifecycle management</li>\n<li>Administer and support core business applications and systems, managing user access, integrations, and day-to-day issues to ensure availability and effective use across the business</li>\n<li>Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary</li>\n<li>Support implementation of IT policies, security controls, and best practices</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot network, system, and access issues</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations</li>\n<li>Assist with vendor coordination and basic procurement activities</li>\n<li>Contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards</li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to security incidents, breaches, and threats</li>\n<li>Log, manage, and resolve IT support tickets using Jira Service Management.</li>\n<li>Other duties as required from time to time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Are you a good fit?
