This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative and community-focused setting.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages• Manage chronic conditions, perform preventative care, and address acute health concerns• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• Licensed NP or PA in the state of Illinois• Board certification in Family Medicine (NP) or appropriate PA certification• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills• Commitment to patient-centered care and health education</p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis.
