font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Business Analyst, you will </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with the Product Manager/Owner, business stakeholders, conduct competitor research to understand business needs and ecommerce marketing workflows (e.g., ad campaign setup &amp; adjustments, ad  budget allocation, ecommerce platform rules &amp; limitations, reporting).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze, clarify, and document requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Translate workflows into clear user stories, diagrams, and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner closely with Engineering during requirement development and verify outcomes after release.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support UAT planning, script writing, and testing scenarios that reflect feature usage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create and maintain simple and user-friendly documentation (PRDs, FAQs, onboarding materials).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with designers to create design files and refine user flows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate across multiple domains including ecommerce, marketing operations, strategy, automation logic, and data workflows.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Business Analyst, you will </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with business stakeholders, and conduct competitor research to understand business needs across eCommerce domain (Marketing Campaign &amp; Ad, Omni-channel Store Management &amp; Operations, Financial Impacts &amp; Consolidation ,... ) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Gather, analyze and document Business Requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare UAT materials (training presentations, onboarding flows, UAT scripts, user guides) and support user adoption after rollout/release.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for - the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 2 years in Business Analyst at an Outsourcing or SaaS / Product company or similar relevant fields.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of Agile processes and principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good attitude, growth mindset, ownership spirit, and willingness to be exposed to multiple domains (ecommerce, marketing, automation &amp; data reporting).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good communication skills and business acumen</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
