Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards</li>\n <li>Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.</li>\n <li>Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends</li>\n <li>Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled </li>\n <li>Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system.</li>\n <li>Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.</li>\n <li>Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.</li>\n <li>Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. -</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age. </li>\n <li>We will provide any necessary training for this position. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. - Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner. - Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.). </li>\n <li>Must have basic computer knowledge. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system. </li>\n <li>Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. </li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain RAMP certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
