Responsible for the accuracy of diets and meal service in the absence of the manager. Works alongside Dietitians, Managers, and Chefs to help prepare food for residents. Prepares and serves therapeutically correct diets while following established menu guidelines. May perform some short order cooking for meal service. Responsible for enforcing all policies and ensuring regulatory guidelines for safe food handling and sanitation are in place.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting</li>\n <li>ServeSafe Certification <em>(or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
