As a key technical leader, you will build and scale intuitive, high-performance, and accessible user experiences that power our products. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver solutions that delight users and move our business forward.</p><p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"931\">This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor other engineers. You’ll play a critical part in shaping both the technical architecture and the engineering culture.</p><h3 data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"953\">What You’ll Do</h3><ul data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1737\"><li data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1088\"><p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1088\">Design, build, and optimize scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or similar).</p></li><li data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1217\"><p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1217\">Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.</p></li><li data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1302\"><p data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1302\">Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.</p></li><li data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1391\"><p data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1391\">Champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and CI/CD automation.</p></li><li data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1508\"><p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1508\">Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.</p></li><li data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1574\"><p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1574\">Partner with backend teams to define APIs and data contracts.</p></li><li data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1658\"><p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1658\">Drive technical decisions around architecture, tooling, and frontend standards.</p></li><li data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1737\"><p data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1737\">Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1767\">What We’re Looking For</h3><ul data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"2474\"><li data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1829\"><p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1829\">5+ years of professional frontend development experience.</p></li><li data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1937\"><p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1937\">Strong proficiency in <strong data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1893\">JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3</strong>, and modern frameworks (React preferred).</p></li><li data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"2018\"><p data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"2018\">Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar).</p></li><li data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2106\"><p data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2106\">Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architecture.</p></li><li data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2191\"><p data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2191\">Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).</p></li><li data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2268\"><p data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2268\">Familiarity with build systems and tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).</p></li><li data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2350\"><p data-start=\"2271\" data-end=\"2350\">Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).</p></li><li data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2414\"><p data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2414\">Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</p></li><li data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2474\"><p data-start=\"2417\" data-end=\"2474\">Experience in mentoring or leading engineers is a plus.</p></li></ul>",
