    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Used Car Inventory Manager</strong><br><br><strong>Compensation:</strong><br>$5,000/month salary + performance bonus potential<br><br><strong>Job Description</strong><br><br>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Used Car Inventory Manager to oversee the entire used vehicle lifecycle from intake through frontline readiness.<br><br>This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage both physical inventory and digital platforms efficiently.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Manage all incoming used vehicle inventory<br>Coordinate and monitor vehicle reconditioning process<br>Work directly with Service Department to ensure timely recon completion<br>Communicate daily with vendors including detail, PDR, glass, wheel repair, body shop, and transport<br>Ensure vehicles meet company frontline standards and timelines<br>Monitor aging inventory and prioritize recon workflow<br>Move and organize vehicles throughout the lot as needed<br>Upload and manage vehicle status through inventory/software platforms<br>Track keys, inventory locations, and recon stages<br>Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting<br>Assist management with merchandising and inventory presentation<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>Automotive dealership experience preferred<br>Strong organizational and multitasking skills<br>Comfortable working outdoors and actively on the lot<br>Ability to work within inventory management systems and software platforms<br>Strong communication skills with service teams and vendors<br>Self-motivated with urgency and accountability<br>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required<br><br><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong><br><br>Base Salary: $5,000/month<br>Performance bonus opportunity based on:<br>Recon turnaround time<br>Frontline-ready percentage<br>Inventory organization<br>Aging management<br>Operational efficiency<br>Full-time position<br>Growth opportunity within dealership operations<br>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
