Ranked as a top PMCM firm by Engineering News-Record (ENR) for more than three decades, our award-winning team provides a full range of services to public and private sector clients in the aviation; healthcare; education (K-12 and higher); justice and essential services; science and technology; state and local government; transportation; water and wastewater; energy; and commercial, residential and nonprofit markets.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Independently interprets and reads detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural,Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.) and develops a clear understanding of work scope.</li>\n <li>Review Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify any missing scope, identify any missing logic or milestones, identify and analyze the critical path, review the required cost loading, and be able to provide written technical schedule review comments based on structured review templates.</li>\n <li>Review multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule reviewcomments that document milestone schedule slippage, critical path activity slippage, and provideover-all schedule analysis based on structured review templates.</li>\n <li>Performs QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with the contract.</li>\n <li>Creates Earned Value Curves based on EVA template guidelines.</li>\n <li>Monitor monthly construction progress and assist in identifying problem areas and help addressschedule impacts in order to look for opportunities to advance the schedule.</li>\n <li>Provide and analyze Key Performance Indicators from P6 Primavera Schedules and Excel EarnedValue Curves based on structured templates.
