font-size: 12pt\">Conduct CDD and EDD checks for new and existing customers, identifying potential risk factors such as politically exposed persons (PEPs) and adverse media.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor flagged accounts and suspicious activities, escalating concerns to the Compliance or AML team as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with customer support and payments teams to resolve KYC-related queries and document submission issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure timely and accurate handling of player verifications to meet operational SLAs and regulatory timeframes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, licensing requirements, and internal risk management protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring suspicious transactions related to AML. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in the preparation of reports for internal audits, external regulators, and AML officers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Your expertise to meet the requirement:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in a KYC or customer due diligence role, preferably within the iGaming, fintech, or financial services industries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of KYC/AML regulatory frameworks, especially within the EU, MGA, UKGC, or other iGaming jurisdictions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;
