This role installs, configures, hardens, patches, and documents systems and associated tools, ensuring compliance with applicable DISA STIG requirements and local configuration standards.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3+ years experience with: installs, tests, optimizes, maintains, hardens, upgrades, patches, designs and documents supporting systems, utility programs, and monitoring tools for desktops, laptops, docking stations, tablets, printers, scanners, multi‐function devices, media converters, and uninterruptible power supplies.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Creates, maintains, patches and deploys STIG compliant standard desktop images for both individual imaging and mass imaging requirements with deployment servers.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Installs, troubleshoots, replaces peripherals as needed.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Notify appropriate Information Technical Equipment Custodian (ITEC) or Property Custodian (PC), in writing, within 4 hours for all accountable item moves.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Neatly bundle and conceal all excess system or peripheral cabling after each installation or repair.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Required Skills/Abilities:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on experience supporting Windows client endpoints and related peripherals in an enterprise environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to build, patch, and deploy DISA STIG-compliant standard desktop images (individual and mass imaging).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and endpoint connectivity issues.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to document configurations, installations, and corrective actions clearly.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to obtain and maintain a Gunter ‐ Secret security clearance.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain DoD 8140 IAT-II baseline certification (one of: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or
