Director, Partnership Experience & Impact (LIFT Campus Coach) Location:  Austin, TX ABOUT ANET Achievement Network (ANet) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping all students achieve strong educational outcomes. We partner with school and system leaders to strengthen teaching and learning through the strategic use of assessments, coaching, and tools that drive meaningful results. As an approved provider for the LASO 4 LIFT grant through the Texas Education Agency (TEA), ANet will partner with school districts to support both the planning and implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM)  in schools across the state of Texas.   OPPORTUNITY As a part of the LIFT grant, Campus Coaches builds strong relationships with campus leaders, instructional coaches and teachers to drive campus instructional leadership and planning and implementation at the campus level. The Campus Coach is responsible for working closely with the District Coach and LIFT Lead at ANet to build and execute strategic campus level plans for Instructional Leadership practices and HQIM planning and implementation that align with the district plan. Campus Coaches exhibit strong content and program knowledge and experience, leveraging their own expertise and that of their larger team to support campus leadership, instructional coaches and teachers through in-person coaching sessions, professional development, and HQIM implementation support over the grant period. Campus Coaches support gathering and submitting campus level data and surveys to their District Coach and LIFT Lead to measure strengths and areas of growth with the grant program. Campus Coaches support data collection, analysis and usage in the planning and execution of grant activities. Working together Campus Coaches and District Coaches plan, review, collaborate, problem solve and participate in coaching towards grant activities creation based on data. As a part of the broader community of Campus Coaches this role works with others across the state and with TEA to support continuous improvement of the grant activities and coaching strategy. They work closely with District Coaches, LIFT Leads and TEA and participate in a yearly series of professional development opportunities to build and refine their own set of skills and knowledge while collaborating with peers and improving TEA provided resources. This is a fixed-term, part-time role with an expected schedule of approximately 30 hours per week through August 31, 2027. Employment may be extended based on performance and our contract renewal with the partner district. The successful candidate must start by July 13 to attend mandatory training with TEA from July 13–17. TRAVEL Requires approximately 50% local travel to provide on-site support at campuses within the Austin area, with the remaining 50% of time allocated to remote work. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver initial training, implementation support, and coaching for campus leaders, instructional coaches and teachers on implementing instructional leadership systems and HQIM Planning and Implementation. In addition, they are responsible for actively collaborating with District Coaches and LIFT Leads for the planning and execution of grant and program activities to campus leadership teams aligned to the implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials, namely Bluebonnet Learning. Responsibilities aligned to this function include: Implementation check-ins with campus leaders and staff weekly, with coaching sessions happening as needed, at least monthly. Visits to campuses receive program support at least twice monthly to meet with, participate in and deliver professional development, learning walks, PLCs etc. These visits will also be used to calibrate on planning and   implementation support from the entire LIFT team. Participating in internal meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure team alignment and ongoing professional development and support. Successfully complete all needed certifications and training of trainers (ToTs) sessions. Leading appropriate up front training for campus leadership teams and/or teachers. Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with campus leadership teams and teachers to successfully support change management and grant and program activities. Build and foster district program experience at the campus level: The Campus Coach manages and is responsible for the campus leadership and campus team experience in the grant program. They ensure that all grant activities are in alignment with what the campus needs and what they are required to complete. They are the main support and contact for campus leaders. Campus Coaches collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline support for School Improvement   campuses as needed. Alignment and successful outcomes: The Campus Coach supports the collection and analysis of data and metrics aligned to program success. They carry out targeted planning adjustments to ensure that campuses receive customized support that is aligned to successful grant outcomes, fidelity of implementation for HQIM implementation and campus leadership systems. They support data and artifact collection and submission. Support and leverage a community of learning: Campus Coaches actively participate in up-front and ongoing training and support, TEA focus groups, and consistent coaching connections with their District Coach and/or LIFT Lead. Through these engagements they contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement through attendance and participation at all required sessions. They receive District Coach and/or LIFT Lead coaching and support in training and sessions to continue to learn and support their work. COMPETENCIES In order to be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following: Expertise in Area of Focus: Brings instructional expertise to coach school and system leaders and translate insights into visible impact. Communication: Builds trust and influences diverse stakeholders through clear, empathetic, and strategic communication. Planning and Prioritizing Work: Sets realistic goals with partners, monitors progress, and adapts strategies to ensure results. Management: Coaches and develops leaders, fostering community-centered leadership and accountability. Critical Thinking & Data Orientation: Uses evidence and insights to inform strategies, guide decisions, and anticipate partner needs. Change Management: Supports schools and systems in adopting and sustaining instructional change that leads to measurable outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS Required Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university. Proven track record coaching and developing school or system leaders to achieve student learning gains. Experience supporting leaders to use standards, data, and HQIM for equitable instructional improvement. Ability to build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with partners. Demonstrated success influencing renewal or continued investment in school/system partnerships. Preferred At least three-years of experience as an assistant principal, principal, TIL Lead, Strong Foundations Lead, senior experience consulting and/or capacity building in districts preferred. Aligned prior experience will be considered for this role. Content-specific expertise in math. An advanced degree in education leadership or high-quality instructional materials implementation preferred. Prior experience planning and implementing HQIM and supporting district and campus leaders to implement HQIM preferred. Aligned prior experience will be considered for this role. Familiarity with system-level leadership structures and decision-making processes. COMPENSATION We offer comprehensive benefits to best support our people. The salary range for this position is between $99,144 - $148,716. New hires will start between the range minimum and midpoint ($99,144 - $123,930) based on qualifications assessed during the hiring process, past experience, and internal equity.
