We’re looking for a Workflow Operations Manager to lead a critical part of that system: the team responsible for transforming data, files, and customer inputs into production ready output.\n\nThis is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and is naturally curious about how systems, data, and workflows connect.\n\nIf you’re a strong people leader with a technical mindset—and you enjoy improving processes, leveraging technology, and building high performing teams—this role is built for you.\n\n What You’ll Do \n\n·         Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations\n\n·         Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production ready\n\n·         Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives\n\n·         Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution\n\n·         Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability\n\n Requirements\n\n What We’re Looking For \n\nRequired\n\n·         Experience leading teams in a fast paced operational environment\n\n·         Strong problem solving and organizational skills\n\n·         Technical curiosity and interest in systems, workflows, and process improvement\n\n·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution\n\n·         Strong communication and collaboration skills\n\nNice to Have\n\n·         Print, production, mailing, or prepress experience\n\n·         Exposure to workflow automation, storefronts, data processing, or production systems\n\n About Baesman \n\nBaesman is a marketing and production company focused on helping brands execute at scale through data, print, and digital solutions.
