Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 for Vail Health in Vail, Colorado . The Food Production Manager will oversee general kitchen management, retail food areas, and catering for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in culinary leadership. What You'll Do oversee kitchen, retail food, and catering for the medical campus help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff assist with scheduling and time-keeping help create menus based on client needs help create interpersonal relationships with clients What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
