This position is on-site and reports to our <strong>Atlanta, GA</strong> branch.</p>\n<p>The Seasonal Start Technician is responsible for providing 5-star customer service to new customers, performing the first pest control application by applying chemicals and other manual solutions to eliminate pests. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate, organized records. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer records. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of customer service experience, preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
