We are seeking a dynamic and energetic <strong>Guest Assistant</strong> to join our award-winning team at 2 Silos Brewing Co. If you&rsquo;re a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences, we want you on our team!</p><p>The <strong>Guests Assistant</strong> supports the dining experience by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set, and by assisting servers with food delivery and clearing tables. This role is vital to maintaining a smooth flow of service and enhancing the guest experience. Ideal candidates are quick, attentive, and proactive, providing seamless assistance to the front-of-house team.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY</strong> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Promptly clear and rest tables between guest seatings</li><li>Return dirty dishware and glassware to the dishwashing area in a timely manner</li><li>Ensure tableware and glassware are restocked&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with delivering food orders to designated tables&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain water stations throughout service&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and maintain fire pits according to safety and operational guidelines</li><li>Proactively report maintenance or safety issues to management</li><li>Ensure that the front of house and guest areas are well always maintained</li><li>Support Bartender areas with replenishing of necessary items&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the co-ordination and delivery of dining, events and food &amp; beverage service</li><li>Perform any other duties as directed by Manager on Duty or other member of the management team</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels</li><li>Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving</li><li>Passion for delivering exceptional guest service</li><li>Courteous and pleasant attitude towards guests and colleagues</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Good attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment with minimum supervision</li><li>Positive and flexible approach to work</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED required</li><li>Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and moving quickly in a dynamic environment</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS WE OFFER:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive pay</strong> based on experience</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li><strong>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</strong></li><li>Paid time off&nbsp;and employee discounts</li><li>A <strong>collaborative and supportive work environment</strong> with room for professional growth.</li></ul><p>Villagio Hospitality Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
