Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide assistance to the Lineman in the completion of their duties </li>\n <li>Assist in placing aerial/buried telecommunications cable (copper and fiber) </li>\n <li>Assist in connecting wires and cables to terminals and attaching/detaching various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings, or poles</li>\n <li>Perform aerial tasks such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, lashing, etc.</li>\n <li>Perform construction work such as digging holes, placing cable, air pipe, and inner duct in various types of conduit systems and open excavations</li>\n <li>Climbs utility poles and/or uses an aerial lift truck to place cables on poles per system design</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Safety is a part of your day-to-day </li>\n <li>You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality </li>\n <li>You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work </li>\n <li>You are looking for long-term projects </li>\n <li>You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team </li>\n <li>You are an experienced Lineman with extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work</li>\n <li>You are comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles</li>\n <li>You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality</li>\n <li>You have a valid Class A CDL or are able to attain one with a clean driving record </li>\n <li>Basic experience in the placement of telecommunications cable (copper and fiber)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Henkels and McCoy is a Union Employer</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities</strong></p>",
