          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Operates hydrofluoric-nitric acid tanks.</li><li>Operates sandblasting machines.</li><li>Loads and checks racks for proper spacing in tanks and operates hoist or immerses parts by hand, when required.</li><li>Cleans and checks for cleanliness and proper surface of a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts.</li><li>Varies immersion time, heat of solution, solution from established Manufacturing Process Data.</li><li>Maintains tanks by draining and replacing new fluids and may maintain solutions by adding new solutions as directed.</li><li>Requires ability to identify parts from blueprints or Manufacturing Process Data.</li><li>Requires keeping of necessary records as required by Quality Control.</li><li>Performs rework, repair and other associated operations about the work described.</li><li>Follow all Senior policies and procedures.</li><li>Other duties with the work as assigned.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>In addition to the above, Operators are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.           "text": "<p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Language: </strong>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Reasoning Ability</strong><strong>: </strong>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</li><li><strong>Mathematical Ability: </strong>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li><strong>Other Abilities: </strong>Must be able to understand the use of check templates.&#xa0; Must pass internal certification test both written and practical.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Tools used:</strong></p><ul><li>Hand tools, hoist, hand trucks, hooks, racks, treating and processing tanks.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Materials used:</strong></p><ul><li>Ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys in various degrees of hardness in the form of tubes or pre-fabricated parts, solvents, cleaners, water, acid and lubricants.</li></ul><p><strong>ITAR Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Access to our facility (and, therefore, employment) is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/ or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. refugees, asylees or temporary residents under amnesty provisions [as defined in 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)] and properly licensed foreign persons.
