Robbins Brothers offers a work schedule that includes a combination of remote and on-site, as well as flexible hours.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ROLE</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reporting to the VP of Stores, the <strong>Training Specialist&nbsp;</strong>plays a pivotal role empowering our store associates through training and development to meet and exceed performance expectations. You will provide a high level of knowledge transfer to enhance selling skills and product expertise across our showrooms. This position is responsible for the end-to-end instructional design, program creation and delivery of sales training programs designed to educate general managers and sales associates and maximize their sales effectiveness.
