    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Facilities Maintenance Technician will serve as a key team member who will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for wide variety of general repairs and services.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Electrical (Ballasts, bulbs, parking lot lights, troubleshooting outlets, and identifying and resetting tripped breaker.)</li><li>Plumbing (General plumbing including repairing leaking faucets, replacing washer&rsquo;s faucets and seals on malfunctioning pluming equipment snaking /cleaning clogged drains)</li><li>Painting (Brush and roller applications, plaster, drywall repair, Interior and exterior jobs)</li><li>Doors (Metal/wood, closers, hinges, sweeps ext.)</li><li>Furniture (Repair, drawers, adjustment, assembly)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Additional duties include:</p><ul><li>Moving items as needed (i.e., furniture, file cabinets, boxes, etc.,)</li><li>Delivery of office and building supplies to the correct departments and locations</li><li>Small appliance and equipment installation</li><li>Assist Facilities Manager and others on special projects as directed by Manager.</li><li>Responsible for the timely completion of all assigned facility work order requests.</li><li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;All other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"702\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 24.9288%;\"><p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 75.0712%;\"><ul><li>High school diploma. &nbsp;Some technical / college education or minimum 5 years of work experience in facility maintenance field.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 24.9288%;\"><br></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 75.0712%;\"><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 24.9288%;\"><p><strong>Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</strong></p></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 75.0712%;\"><ul><li>Computer skills including Microsoft Suites and facility management software.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English.</li><li>Teamwork mindset</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Basic safety knowledge</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all uniform requirements.</li><li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality. &nbsp;</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 24.9288%;\"><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 75.0712%;\"><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>Environment</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Required to stand, walk, talk, or hear, taste or smell. &nbsp;</li><li>Frequently required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop. &nbsp;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>May be required to periodically carry items weighing up to 25lbs</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Work Environment</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About Us</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">OUR FOUNDER, MOMOFUKU ANDO<br>There is only one company that can rightfully claim the Pinnacle of Noodledom.
