The Surveying Project Manager is responsible for planning, conducting, and directing work of projects, as well as preparing proposals, and managing project schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Provide field documentation to survey crews in anticipation of office needs. Give and follow up on directions to field staff and other engineering technicians. Maintain project files including notes, research, and design documents. Prepare or direct preparation of client deliverables and ensure the QA/QC process has been completed. Gauge level of efforts of project and provide input for process efficiencies and tools for more efficient work. Perform survey research, computations, drafting and be able to read and write legal descriptions. Understand all state and local survey rules and standards. Attend survey related meetings with clients and municipalities. Other duties as assigned.
