We believe that recognition reflects the people behind it, the same people who own the firm and shape its future.</p><p><br></p><p>The Surveying Project Manager is responsible for planning, conducting, and directing work of projects, as well as preparing proposals, and managing project schedules and budgets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide field documentation to survey crews in anticipation of office needs.</li><li>Give and follow up on directions to field staff and other engineering technicians.</li><li>Maintain project files including notes, research, and design documents.</li><li>Prepare or direct preparation of client deliverables and ensure the QA/QC process has been completed.</li><li>Gauge level of efforts of project and provide input for process efficiencies and tools for more efficient work.</li><li>Perform survey research, computations, drafting and be able to read and write legal descriptions.</li><li>Understand all state and local survey rules and standards.</li><li>Attend survey related meetings with clients and municipalities.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
