When not at client meetings or events the employee is required to be in the office collaborating with internal team members, learning and growing in Bala&rsquo;s culture.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with Senior Leadership to define local business development strategies and goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in Baltimore area industry events and organizations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Secure meetings with decision makers that purchase consulting engineering services, including architects, owners/end users and Owner&rsquo;s Project Managers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with firm wide business development team on cross office connections, strategic growth markets, and pursuits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain CRM database (HubSpot).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strategize and manage RFP responses.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Author/write proposals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with marketing team on marketing content creation, strategic market campaigns, and social media.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or Engineering.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Outgoing, creative, self-starter.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3 -10 years of previous experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">HubSpot Experience a plus.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm, Bala provides innovative designs for building systems in the commercial and public market sectors.
