          "text": "<p>The LVMH Beauty Division is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven <em>Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Temp) </em>to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top Retail and Head Office candidates to help drive our company's growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced recruiters and make a significant impact on our organization. We are looking for someone with a passion for sourcing and an eye for talent, combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.</p><p>This position will be a four-month contract, working four days per week (Monday-Thursday).</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.</li><li>Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify top talent and industry trends.</li><li>Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.</li><li>Assistant Talent Acquisition with scheduling support.</li><li>Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs.</li><li>Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings</li><li>Maintain candidate records through Applicant Tracking System.</li><li>Keep track of and report on sourcing metrics and progress to management.</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve sourcing strategies.</li></ul>",
