The Service Sales Representative will specialize in closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts). This employee will be responsible for expanding CCI Mechanical’s book of business by selling service agreements to potential customers from Fillmore to Saint George, Utah and in Clark County, Nevada. If you are a team player and a dynamic go-getter, we want you on our team. </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Contact new customers to discuss needs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to Sales Manager </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission Plan </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/CCI Mechanical, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of experience in customer service or sales </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer skills using Word and Excel </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive nature and independent decision making are required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable, self-driven, confident, articulate, and persuasive </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#cci</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>in office and sales territory</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
