Responsibilities Direct Clinical Care Provide intensive, structured family therapy in home and community settings. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions using models such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ARC, motivational interviewing, and family systems approaches . Team-Based & Coordinated Care Collaborate closely with a Therapeutic Training & Support (TT&S) worker as part of the IHT team model. Coordinate care with schools, primary care providers, DCF, DMH, and other service providers . Participate in wraparound meetings to ensure holistic, integrated care. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with CBHI and MassHealth standards. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document services and track progress. Professional Development & Collaboration Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and trainings . Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging clinical approaches. What You Bring Strong clinical skills in youth and family therapy Ability to work independently in home and community settings Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Flexibility to work afternoon and early evening hours to meet family needs Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field License-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) CANS Certification Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
